During their stay, guests are invited to complete a questionnaire, allowing us to address any concerns immediately. Upon check-out, we follow internal procedures to carefully review and consider their feedback for continuous improvement. We also collect, monitor, and analyse reviews and comments from past guests through a dedicated platform to identify areas for enhancement. Our complaint management system ensures that all concerns are promptly addressed, with the entire management team involved in finding the best possible resolution.

Santo Collection Resorts & Villas is fully committed to the safety and well-being of children. We have a zero-tolerance policy for child exploitation or abuse. If you have any concerns regarding the welfare of a child during your stay, please contact local authorities by dialling 100. You can also inform any of our staff, who will assist in reporting the matter to the appropriate authorities.
