TERMS & CONDITIONS
The services are applicable either for advance or fully flexible rate according to the following payment and cancellation conditions:
PAYMENT POLICY
For Advance purchase:
- This is an advance purchase rate, full prepayment is required at time of booking, non-refundable, non-changeable.
- A valid credit card is required for payment to guarantee the prepayment.
- Full cost of the reservation will be charged within 24 hours of making the reservation. If payment is unsuccessful within 48 hours of making the reservation, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
- The credit card used at the time of making the reservation must be valid for the entire stay.
- For security reasons, the card holder’s personal information is required for the validation of the reservation. Credit card that belongs to any other holder than guest’s name (Company or Individual), will not be accepted.
- We wish to inform you that from January 1, 2018, and according to Article 53 of Law 4389/2016 of the Greek legislation, a new levy — or the so-called “stayover tax” — is imposed to all hotels in Greece based on the number of overnight stays, and amounts to € 4.00 per room, per night in five-star hotels. Guests are kindly required to pay the aforesaid amount directly to the hotel upon their arrival.
For Flexible Rate:
- Pre-authorization will be obtained on the credit card prior to arrival, and full payment will be obtained 20 days prior to arrival.
- In case of late cancellation or no show, credit card will be charged accordingly with the amount specified in our cancellation policy.
Guarantee policy for online reservation: a valid credit card number will be needed as a guarantee for an online reservation. - For security reasons, the card holder’s personal information is required for the validation of the reservation. CANCELLATION POLICY
For Advance purchase:
- Any cancellation after booking is subject to 100% cancellation fee.
- Date changes to the reservation are not allowed.
For Flexible Rate:
This rate allows booking modifications or cancellation without charges as follows:
- If cancelled till 22 days prior arrival, no fees will be applied.
- If cancelled within 21 days prior to arrival, 100% charges will apply.
- Cancellation fees on No Show: 100% of the total reservation value will be charged.
- Cancellations fees on Early Departure: 100% of the total reservation value will be charged.
