A unique yoga experience that takes place primarily in the water, using its natural support and resistance to enhance balance, mobility and relaxation.
The session begins with a gentle warm-up on the mat and concludes with a calming relaxation outside the pool. Accessible and enjoyable for all levels, Aqua Yoga offers a light, refreshing way to explore movement and reconnect with your body.
