Our all-day menu, brimming with local fruits, vegetables, herbs, and nuts harvested from our gardens or local suppliers, genuinely reflect the simplicity and authenticity of Greek flavours. Each dish, prepared with ‘meraki’, or heartfelt dedication, highlights a variety of PDO products sourced from Santorini, the Cyclades islands, Crete, and beyond. From the renowned Santorini’s Organic Cherry Tomatoes, in our traditional Choriatiki salad to Fregola Pasta with Seafood and Bisque Salicornia, every bite echoes the soul of Greece and the purity of our organic gardens.

Featuring 15 unique cocktails, our signature menu draws inspiration from the philosophical and convivial nuances of the Ancient Greek Symposium.
