The services are applicable for the semi flexible rate according to the following payment and cancellation conditions:
PAYMENT POLICY
For Semi Flex Rate:
- This promotional rate is subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total amount of the reservation; your credit card will be charged after confirmation of your hotel reservation The remaining amount of your reservation is to be settled 14 days prior to arrival.
- The hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation at any time in case invalid credit card information or data has been provided.
CANCELLATION POLICY
For Semi Flex Rate:
- If cancelled till 15 days prior arrival, 30% charges will be applied (the deposit).
- If cancelled within 14 days prior to arrival, 100% charges will apply.
- Cancellation fees on No Show: 100% of the total reservation value will be charged.
- Cancellations fees on Early Departure: 100% of the total reservation value will be charged.
