TERMS & CONDITIONS
The services are valid according to the following payment and cancellation conditions:
PAYMENT POLICY
A deposit of 30% of the booking value is required at the time of the booking. Rest amount of the booking value will be charged 45 days prior arrival date.
*A pre-authorization of 750 euros per day will be settled upon arrival.
NEW: Environmental tax
The new Environmental tax which applies from 01.01.2025 is included in the hotel rates and will be paid upon arrival by the guests on a separate account. Further analysis of the rate breakdown is shown at the next steps of the booking
CANCELLATION POLICY
Free cancellation is not available for this rate.
In case of cancellation up to 45 days prior the arrival date, 30% of the booking value will be charged (the deposit value). If cancelled within 45 days prior the arrival date, 100% of the booking value will be charged as cancellation fees. Any bookings made within 45 days of the arrival date are non-refundable.
