TERMS & CONDITIONS
The services are applicable either for semi flexible or fully flexible rate according to the following payment and cancellation conditions:
PAYMENT POLICY
For Semi Flex Rate:
This promotional rate is subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total amount of the reservation; your credit card will be charged after confirmation of your hotel reservation. The remaining amount of your reservation is to be settled 14 days prior to arrival.
The hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation at any time in case invalid credit card information or data has been provided.
For Flexible Rate
- Pre-authorization will be obtained on the credit card prior to arrival, and full payment will be obtained 20 days prior to arrival.
- In case of late cancellation or no show, credit card will be charged accordingly with the amount specified in our cancellation policy. Guarantee policy for online reservation: a valid credit card number will be needed as a guarantee for an online reservation.
- For security reasons, the card holder’s personal information is required for the validation of the reservation. Credit card that belongs to any other holder than guest’s name (Company or Individual), will not be accepted.
- We wish to inform you that from January 1, 2024, and according to Article 53 of Law 4389/2016 of the Greek legislation, a new levy — or the so-called “Environmental Fee” — is imposed to all hotels in Greece based on the number of overnight stays, and amounts to € 10.00 per room, per night in five-star hotels. Guests are kindly required to pay the aforesaid amount directly to the hotel upon their arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY
For Semi Flex Rate:
- If cancelled till 15 days prior arrival, 30% charges will be applied (the deposit).
- If cancelled within 14 days prior to arrival, 100% charges will apply.
- Cancellation fees on No Show: 100% of the total reservation value will be charged.
- Cancellations fees on Early Departure: 100% of the total reservation value will be charged.
For Flexible Rate:
This rate allows booking modifications or cancellation without charges up to Friday, 27 September 2024, 18:00 local property time.
- If cancelled till 22 days prior arrival, no fees will be applied.
- If cancelled within 21 days prior to arrival, 100% charges will apply.
- Cancellation fees on No Show: 100% of the total reservation value will be charged.
- Cancellations fees on Early Departure: 100% of the total reservation value will be charged.
