The services are applicable either for non-refundable or fully flexible rate according to the following payment and cancellation conditions:
PAYMENT POLICY
For Flexible Rate:
- Pre-authorization will be obtained on the credit card prior to arrival, and full payment will be obtained 13 days prior to arrival
- In case of late cancellation or no show, credit card will be charged accordingly with the amount specified in our cancellation policy
- Guarantee policy for online reservation: a valid credit card number will be needed as a guarantee for an online reservation
- For security reasons, the card holder’s personal information is required for the validation of the reservation. Credit card that belongs to any other holder than guest’s name (Company or Individual), will not be accepted
For Non-Refunable Rate:
- Full prepayment is required after booking
CANCELLATION POLICY
For Flexible Rate:
This rate allows booking modifications or cancellation without charges up to Saturday, 30 March 2024, 18:00 local time.
- If cancelled till 14 days prior arrival, no fees will be applied
- If cancelled within 13 days prior to arrival, 100% charges will apply
- Cancellation fees on No Show: 100% of the total reservation value will be charged
- Cancellations fees on Early Departure: 100% of the total reservation value will be charged
For Non-Refunable Rate:
- If cancelled 100% charges will apply
